Arkansas Teacher Corps staff recently completed the selection process for our second application deadline of the year. For the Jan 1 early deadline, we received an additional 17 new applications, interviewed 16 more applicants, and accepted 11 fellows. (By comparison, this time last year we received 21 applications, interviewed 10 applicants, and accepted 5 fellows.)

- Aundrea Durham, native of Jacksonville, AR; graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in health science with a focus on health education; employed by the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District; currently pursuing certification in elementary (K-6) education
- Casey Robinson, native of Newport, AR; graduate of Grambling State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in English; currently pursuing certification in secondary (7-12) ELA
