Fellowship Benefits

ATC Fellows (beginning with the 2020 cohort) receive the following benefits:

  • Full-time paid position with benefits in an ATC partner district
  • $2,500 Transition Stipend at the beginning of the Fellowship (for fellows teaching in the Delta)
  • $2,500 Completion Award at the end of the Fellowship (for fellows teaching in the Delta)
  • Standard five-year teaching license upon completion of the program
  • Opportunities to participate in other programs and activities such as seeking a graduate degree, loan forgiveness, tuition reimbursement and more
