Summer is almost here, and we’re just weeks away from the start of the 2024 ATC Summer Institute! ATC full-time staff and summer institute staff came together for a weekend training retreat on the shores of Lake DeGray on April 19-21 to begin preparing for the summer. From the inaugural ATC Summer Olympics (including a ring toss, spirited balloon-balance race, and blindfolded obstacle course) to smores around the campfire, we focused on building our team and developing the relationships with one another that will help us to succeed this summer. Staff also practiced presenting their sessions for feedback and sharpening their skills as facilitators.
