ATC staff attended days 1-2 of DESE’s Inclusive Education/ Meaningful Access for Students with Disabilities Support Specialist Training of Trainers at the Arch Ford coop in Plumerville. ATC staff are participating in the 6-day training throughout this school year to build the skills needed to support ATC fellows with inclusion of students with disabilities. This train-the-trainers project ensures that staff members are trained in providing professional learning and job-embedded coaching regarding the implementation of inclusive practices for students with disabilities.
