Nneka coaches and supports teachers through classroom observations and debriefs, in addition to facilitating professional development. She graduated from Forrest City High School, the University of Central Arkansas with a BA in sociology (concentrated on criminology) and minor in family and consumer science in 2015, and Arkansas State University with a master of social work in 2018. Nneka was a 2019 ATC fellow and taught kindergarten at Anna Strong Learning Academy (Lee County School District) in Marianna for five years. She also served as an ATC summer mentor in 2022 and 2023 prior to serving as the assistant director of coaching for summer institute 2024. She also served as an elementary content facilitator in 2023-24 mentoring new ATC fellows seeking elementary certification. Nneka is dedicated to continuing her own learning, having earned a phlebotomy technician certificate in 2023-24 and being selected for the 2024-25 Rural School Leadership Academy. As a full-time teacher coach, she is excited to empower other teachers in providing an excellent, equitable education for their students.
